By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Cancellation

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• No-show appointments are charged full fee
• Rescheduling allowed with 12-hour notice

Payment Terms

• Payment required at time of booking
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Late cancellation fees may apply

Professional Conduct

We maintain professional standards and expect the same from clients. Inappropriate behavior may result in service termination.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
